FROM THE FINEST
I WISH I HAD KNOWN BEFORE
Jiya Saluja | IX C
Everyone knows about music. But how I feel and relate to music is totally a new experience. Listening to music and feeling it, makes a world of difference. I have known music for a long time and it kind of consoles me during bad times. Whenever I feel depressed and shattered, I play music and let its beautiful sound bless my ears. It always inspires and motivates. Music has rejuvenated my life and made it colourful as the rainbow. I am really thankful to God for blessing my life with music, which has helped me realise that I am perfect and unique in my own way. I have learnt that I can become anything in life as long as I work hard and strive for it. I have also realized that music could be a life changing experience!

Having a million dollars is just next to an unbelievable dream that anyone from a middle-class family could possibly think of. First and foremost, I would invest that money in a productive source that would continue to grow. I would want to start my own company that would provide employment to those who are really in need of a good job. Keeping the present situation in mind, I would donate a part of my money for providing medications to poor families who can't afford treatment in private hospitals and also look into providing help and resources to children who have lost their parents. The current COVID crisis situation in our country has been very critical. So, let’s unite together to help people who have been and are still going through difficult times.

You are a pandemic,
That rose from an epidemic.
You simply shook the world,
Thousands were shaken both young and old.
Locked everyone was in their houses,
Like things all stocked up in warehouses.
All schools and all shops were shut,
Every connection with the world seemed cut.
Interestingly, the earth breathed deeply,
Nature healed generously.
It is not easy to restore the years of damage,
Do you think we humans would
be able to actually manage!
THE PANDEMIC THAT SHOOK THE WORLD
THE FIVE FUN DAYS
Rhythm Anand | V C
It was the first time that my mom and I stayed home while my sister and my dad went out of the country for five days. My dad was going to receive an award in Malaysia from Kareena Kapoor. My mom made me enjoy these five days a lot. On the first day, we decided to watch a movie. So, we went to the nearest cinema hall. We spent the second day at my cousin's house and we also stayed there for a night. My mom made the third day special by making all my favourite dishes. On the fourth day, we went to my mother's friend's house. And finally, on the fifth day, my sister and dad came back and told us about their trip. But soon enough, my dad had to go to Goa to receive another award from Malaika Arora. This time he had to go alone. He promised me, we would all go on a trip soon.
STAND UP AGAINST POLLUTION
Anshita | X C
Pollution is everywhere,
Be it land, water, or air, can’t run anywhere.
Each one is scared of the word disease,
It surely is disturbing all their ease.
Industrial waste, wild fires,
Burning of waste, vehicle exhausts,
All, threats to the depleting ozone layer,
For good health let us join together in prayer.
It can cause very many disorders,
Much has been surveyed even by reporters.
Effective measures should be taken,
From our slumber we need to waken.
Still, there is time friends,
We need to work on new trends.
Stand up for a clean and green future,
Right values we need to inculcate and nurture.
It is always better late than never,
Together we shall stand and endeavour.
For this is the only key solution.
In terms of eradicating ‘Environmental Pollution’.
BE DEAF TO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS
Khushi Chauhan | XI B
A frog decided to reach the top of the tree. All the frogs shouted, "It's impossible, it’s impossible." Still, the frog reached the top. You must be wondering, how! Because, he was deaf and he thought everyone was encouraging him to reach the top. Do you often think that you don't deserve happiness?
There are many instances in our lives when our negative mindset keeps us away from progressing. When dealing with such thoughts, understanding how to overcome these can be challenging. These thoughts have been the leading cause for sleeplessness, depression, and exhaustion. Often, the mind doesn't examine thoughts and opinions before accepting them. The things we listen to, sink into our subconscious mind and then manifest into our habitual manner of thinking. It is very important to always think positive. It removes depression caused as a result of negative thoughts. Positive thinking gives immense satisfaction and leads to a healthy mindset. Positive mindset helps people overcome their obstacles and makes them even more determined and self-dependent.
"Every negative thought is a down payment for your failure,
and every positive thought an investment to your future."
MY SIBLING AND I
Dhananjay Mal | IV A
A brother or a sister is a perfect example of a best friend. My name is Dhananjay Mal. I study in class IV. I have a little sister. Her name is Nyra Mal and everyone loves my sister and me. When she was about to be born, I was excited to know whether I would have a sister or a brother.
As soon as I wake up early every morning, she hugs me. She is three years old. She has become my best friend. My sister is intelligent and she is very good in studies. We both play, study, watch TV, and enjoy meals together. I love playing games and reading story books with my little sister. I love you, Nyra.

I wasn’t thinking when I clicked,
Wasn’t sure if there was something I missed.
I noticed, it was written, "Earth Day".
But I had spent it like any other day.
It’s the earth where we play, we plough, we respire,
But have we ever stopped to understand it’s despair?
Created in its royal splendour,
All it needs is love and care,
As to it our duties we render.
Let’s follow the 3 R cycle,
Reuse, reduce, and recycle.
Conserve water, that surely is vital,
Easier will then be our survival.
Say no to plastic,
You will be a person, so fantastic.
Burning crackers is not fun,
Destruction of the earth has slowly begun.
Don’t blindfold your eyes,
Be considerate and wise.
Plant more and more trees,
It will surely satisfy your basic needs.
Today let’s take a resolution,
To participate in the Green Revolution.
Ask yourself when you go to rest,
Have I given Mother Earth my very best?
LIFE WITHOUT GADGETS
Anshita | X C
The latest innovation,
It's the gadget evolution.
Technology has revolutionised,
Everything is now computerised.
In this modern world each one frets,
Can you for once imagine our life without gadgets?
Beginning thus the morning regime,
The digital alarm is what we hear like a scream.
We all love fun and adventure,
But haven’t we missed taking care of nature?
As I stand watching the stars in the foggy sky,
With pollution so high, even the air I feel we need to purify!
Booking tickets or browsing for information,
Just click a button and you'll be helped with no confusion.
Why worry when no friend,
On-line chatting is now the trend?
We have become less reflective,
Why are memes more effective?
Spending quality time with the family,
Is replaced by sending chats directly.
We are all connected virtually.
But there's a difference in reality.
Modern gadgets will soon be mandatory,
But is this now going to be our life story?
TAKING LIFE FOR GRANTED
Goransh Thareja | X A
These pandemic times are tough,
Treating people so harshly and rough.
Anywhere I see or go,
I hear news so depressing, feeling really low.
Then flashed an idea in my mind,
To remember all the good times, when God has been so kind.
Staring outside my window pane,
My thoughts went down the memory lane.
I recalled walking wearing long boots,
With my family through the woods.
To my grandfather, I would say,
"I am tired Nanu, ‘We will indoors play’.
To this, my grandfather would always say.
"Enjoy the winds, the greens, the rocks,
The mountains, the rivers, see the sheep and the flocks.
In cities, we hardly find,
Any time with a carefree mind.
The memories of the silent trails of the wild,
You shall always cherish, my dear child! "
And yes, I now relive those moments as I write,
This poem has brought forth my memories so bright!

I want to reach the mountain,
I want to touch the fountain,
I want to fly like a free bird,
And go around the world.
I want to shine like the stars,
I want to splash like the waves,
I want to glitter like gold,
And in every aspect be bold.
I want to travel,
I want to be smart to tackle,
I want to climb up the hills,
I want to enjoy all the thrills.
Before the end of dawn,
As I sit in that beautiful lawn,
I want to hear stories,
And be free from all that worries.
Though I am still small,
My dreams make me different from all!

‘Charlie and the Chocolate Factory’ is a book I loved reading. It was published in 1993 by Roald Dahl. Charlie is a poor eight-year-old boy. His grandpa Joe worked at Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. Mr. Willy Wonka, the owner of the world's biggest chocolate factory, hid five golden tickets in chocolate bars. These golden tickets guaranteed a full tour of the chocolate factory as well as a lifetime supply of chocolates, and an additional gift at the end of the tour. The last ticket that year was won by Charlie. As Mr. Wonka took all the five winners for a factory tour, they saw a chocolate river, chocolate grass, chocolate rocks, chocolate flowers, and chocolate fruits. Even trees were filled with chocolate. All the four winners except Charlie Bucket gave into greed and were disqualified. Mr. Wonka asked Charlie to run the entire chocolate factory as he didn’t have any family of his own and he was getting old too. Charlie was very happy and obliged. This story taught me never to be greedy.

Technology today has revolutionized our times in all possible ways. People are continuously working on some skills or the other to improve human lives. Our phone has become our personal secretary keeping track of all that we do each day.
Modern gadgets seem to have helped us to connect virtually, but in reality, they have forced us to live an isolated life. But a life without these gadgets is simply miserable at the same time. We cannot even spend a day without these electronic devices. Our day starts with a digital alarm clock and the word ‘digital’ travels with us throughout the day – wherever we go and whatever we do. We can’t even imagine our lives without social media as we are enslaved by these gadgets. Needless to say, these gadgets have left a strong impact on our lives.
Life without these gadgets would be one of human sentiments and not of robotic expressions. We would actually be able to build true relationships. We would be able to live a normal life with true sentiments and love. But in today’s world, living without these gadgets is actually impossible. It should be clear that gadgets are an essential part of our lives, and when used mindfully, they become a great source of productivity.
Excessive use of these gadgets may be a cause of many diseases. Hence, one should understand the bad effects and try to limit the usage of these gadgets as much as possible. Technology revolutionizes the entire human life, so being cut off from electronic devices would not be a wise decision. People just need to take care of the time that they spend on such devices to reduce their harmful effects in life. Last but not the least, "Technology is good but has also brought people to a height of extreme convenience where we easily forget our roots of simplicity."

Being part of the change has encouraged people to not complain about what others are doing and to fight for what they believe in. I have definitely used this advice to encourage myself. Change will not come if we wait for some other person or some other time. We are the change that we seek. People always say time changes things, but one actually needs to accept the way things change and even work towards it. The first step towards change is awareness. The second step is acceptance. Some people don’t like change, but you need to embrace change if the alternative is disaster. Sometimes it’s just a small decision that can change our life forever. If we wait for others to take action on our behalf, we surely would be waiting a lifetime. But if we change our mindset to a mindset of hope and faith in what is just, then Nothing can Stop Us.
"If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at, change."

"When life gives you a hundred reasons to cry, show life that you have a thousand reasons to smile." What a beautiful line it is! Isn’t it amazing?
How can a single smile bring a ray of hope to a depressed heart?
How can it motivate a demotivated person?
How can it bring an aggressive person to peace?
And how can it add joy to a depressed person?
A smile is a ray of hope and a sign of optimism. Even in the worst of times, when someone comes and puts their hand upon our shoulders and just gives us a smile, it's all that we need. When we are lost in the world of fantasy and sit debilitated, it's only that smiling face which gives us the courage to stand up and try again. And when we feel hopeless and gloomy about being hurt by our loved ones, it is only a smile that allows us to believe in God and His grace. It is only that smile that makes us cheerful.
Someone said accurately, "A Smile can make all the Difference."
JAIPUR THE PINK CITY
Aarav Choudhary | V D
We went to Jaipur during the Christmas holidays. We visited Jaigarh Fort which was built by Jai Singh II. It was built to protect Amer Fort. This fort has the world’s largest wheel canon. We enjoyed Rajasthan’s famous ‘Lal maas’, which is till date my favourite dish. We also visited Nahargarh Fort, which had beautiful paintings on the walls. My favourite fort was the Amer Fort. It was so old and massive but beautiful at the same time. I love visiting historic places. I learned so many things through this visit. I was fascinated to see how the kings and queens of those days lived and how creative they were. The best part of this trip was definitely the food. I loved the culture and colours of Jaipur, the Pink City.

My absolute dream destination since childhood has been New York. It is a well-known city in the United States. There are a large number of museums, restaurants and many different attractions. New York is a city which is quite impossible to see in one visit. When dreams and passion combine, it’s a deadly combination, isn’t it? Many of the best places to visit in New York are at a walkable distance from each other or just a short ride away, making this city a delight for sightseeing. One of the amazing things about New York is the fact is that it never lets you feel lonely. New York is a living and active piece of American history and represents American ideals. It is a whole hub of cultural diversity and the hearth of innovation and creativity. I think New York captures the heart of every visitor. One of the city’s greatest attributes is its diversity, and New York city is often thought of as America’s melting point. There is no other city on the planet with the energy that can compete with New York. The city gives me a feeling that I can accomplish anything I set out to do. No one can deny the excitement of life in New York City, or the fact that anything can happen at any time. It’s home to some of the finest educational institutions in the country, such as Columbia University and New York University. As one of the world’s leading metropolises for art, fashion, food and theatre, New York is a city every traveller should visit. Whether you come for a day trip or for an extended stay, choosing what to see and do is the toughest part – the possibilities are endless. New York is the best and is popular for many reasons, like its amazing culture, beautiful architecture, sumptuous food, festivals, and gorgeous beaches. Several of the best galleries in the world can be discovered in New York. While looking through all of the galleries would be ideal for art lovers, there is never enough time on just one holiday to examine every piece of art in detail. The most prominent galleries that one can visit in New York City are - the Museum of Modern Art, American Museum of Natural History, and the Children’s Museum. I love New York, my much-awaited Dream Destination!

"Those who work hard in silence, their success shines loud." This quote very well depicts the qualities required to be successful in life. Nobody is born successful. One needs to go through inevitable hard work and face a constant war with their thoughts to become a successful person. Those who wish to live in their comfort zones and remain satisfied with whatever comes their way can never succeed in life. Stepping out of comfort zones, helps one to soar high and fulfil their dreams. Hard work is not just the only key to success, a positive mindset and surrounding oneself with optimistic people is also very important for achieving victory in life. Success comes to those who thrive for it with passion!

One day, my best friend Niranjan and his little sister Vaishnavi came to play at my house. We played many games like Ludo and Carrom and became bored with them soon. So, we decided to play the game known as tail the donkey. We drew a donkey on paper and coloured it, and then we cut out the tail of the donkey. We pasted the cutting of the donkey on to the wall and the tail of the donkey was taped. Then we blindfolded each other. The rule of the game was to put the tail of the donkey on correctly while blindfolded. It was such fun guiding and misguiding each other. We enjoyed playing the game and having break time now and then to catch our breath.

Friends are the most important part of our lives. We create many memories with them, like playing together, studying in school, etc. The bond that we share with friends cannot be replaced. And these memories stay with us forever. I have many friends, but my best friend is Kavya. She comes to my house and we play together. We have the same likes and dislikes. We love to play Ludo; it is our favourite game. We like to go to the park and play on the swings and slides there. We also help each other with our studies. Without her, everything seems to be incomplete. I love my friend Kavya.

It was a normal day and I was having my lunch. The doorbell rang and I opened the door. I saw my father at the doorstep, which took me by surprise, as he was earlier than usual. We all sat for lunch while my father surprised us with the news that we were going to Kerala next week. I was very excited as it was the first time I was going on a trip. On the 18th of November, we reached the railway station and our train was at 4 PM from New Delhi. It was the first time I saw a train and was amazed to see it. After sometime, the train started from New Delhi. It was exciting as we passed by small houses and farms that looked like a village or a small town. As we moved forward, we saw the Yamuna River and other beautiful sceneries. It took us three days to reach Kerala. The weather out there was hot and humid, unlike in Delhi. On the first day of our trip, we went to Alappuzha city and rented a house boat cruise where we had our lunch and relaxed for the day. On the second day, we visited the most famous Alappuzha beach, where we enjoyed playing in the water and sat near the sea to watch the sunset in the evening. The whole family was excited as we had our stay in a tree house where everyone enjoyed dinner. On the last day of our trip, we visited Munnar to see the tea plantation in the Kannan Devan hills. I did horse riding and clicked a lot of pictures with my family. At the end of the day, we went back to the tree house and left for our flight back to Delhi. This was an unforgettable trip which will always stay in my heart as I got to experience so many new things with my family. I would like to thank my teacher for giving me this chance to share my memorable moments of this trip. I will be very happy if we get another chance to visit Kerala along with my school friends and teachers.

In the month of October last year, we decided to go on a trip to Jim Corbett National Park. I was excited about going on this trip as it was planned after Covid lockdown. We booked our stay at the Corbett Machaan Resort for a week. The resort was beautiful and big in the travel pictures. I was too excited to sleep the night before we were supposed to leave. The following day, we left early in the morning. The car ride was enjoyable as there were green fields all around us.
We stopped for tea and lunch. At the resort, they welcomed us with sharbat and dance. For the next three days, we had lots of fun. We went for long walks and river visits. We also enjoyed camp fire, live music, wildlife movie shows, and stone painting. We did not see any tigers, but we did see a lot of monkeys. The food at the place was yummy. We also visited the Corbett Museum, where I bought a cap as a souvenir. We visited the Corbett waterfall. I enjoyed playing in the water, trying to build a bridge with the stones lying there. Our stay at the resort came to an end very quickly. I felt sad but also happy. I enjoyed a lot and still cherish every moment of the trip.

We should keep trying. I learnt this from a personal experience. I didn’t believe it earlier. Whenever there was a competition at school, instead of trying to do my best, I refused to participate. My mom always believed in me. She helped me understand that giving up is not an option. She would always emphasize that no matter what the result is, we should never give up. Even for competitions at school, she would always encourage me to participate. She would say that it doesn’t matter even if no one looks at you or listens to you, because it is practice that makes a man perfect. She always reminds me that we don’t have to take part in a competition to win, we have to do it for our own personal interest and to grow. I slowly began to take interest and started improving. When I was in Class III, my teacher encouraged me to participate in the Memory Verse Competition. I was able to learn it in just two days and recited it well. I was elated to know that I got the third prize! Since then, I have been unstoppable. It is not important to win every competition, but it is important to try. I have pledged to keep trying and make my school proud.

Passion is all about being crazy, doing something at any cost or being willing to sacrifice everything for it. Passion cannot be created, it comes from within. So then, how do we come to know about our passion? If you want to know about your passion, then start to think about where you invest most of your time. What is it that interests you the most? What is your goal? What do you think about all the time? My passion is painting. It gives me immense pleasure when I am working with brushes and canvas. I love painting because I love colours. I love to draw pictures and to bring alive the colours of nature. I never miss a chance to participate in drawing competitions. My dream is to become a renowned artist and organize an exhibition of my paintings.

I saw a little puppy shivering in the cold on
the side of the road. I felt so bad for him that
I could not see him being alone out there.
I picked him up and took him home.
He soon became my best friend.

Self-discipline means self-control, which gives me the strength to control my actions and reactions. I set my goals daily to lead a self- disciplined life. Social media platforms are very addictive. It is important to stay away from these distractions. I put my phone in sleep mode when I sit to study. I set my daily routine and follow it regularly. This is a good way to lead an organized and disciplined life.

It was my summer vacation. We went to Jim Corbett National Park in Uttarakhand. It was a great experience for all of us. We stayed in a resort called Jim Jungle Retreat. It is situated right in the middle of Jim Corbett Jungle. It was almost dawn when we arrived, so we had our dinner and went to our cottage. We could hear the voices of different wild animals, which made me very scared, but my father assured me that our resort was fenced with electric wires and secured with armed security guards. After having breakfast the next day, we all went for a safari ride. We saw many animals and birds in the forest. The next day, we went for adventurous activities like river crossing and trekking. We also played many indoor games like table tennis, carrom, cards, etc. There was excellent food served to us at the resort which was very tasty. We enjoyed the camp fire and danced too. Really, this was an unforgettable trip with my family which I enjoyed a lot.
Nature is not a place to visit, it is a home. Nature refers to the interaction between the physical world and the life within it, like animals, birds, plants, trees, and humans. It comprises of everything we see around us, like mountains, forests, the sky, lakes, and more. We all depend on nature to stay alive. It also includes non-living things like landscapes, water, and others. Nature is the most important and integral part of our lives. Everyone has been blessed with the true love of God in the form of beautiful nature. Everything in nature has its own power and uniqueness, provided by God. It has many forms which change from season to season and even minute to minute. For example, the sea looks bright blue in the morning, but at noon it changes to emerald green. The sky changes its colour all through the day, from pale pink at sunrise to dazzling blue at night. Like this, we find many colours in nature that make the earth beautiful.

I went to Kullu Manali with my family a year ago. Manali is a high-altitude Himalayan resort town in India’s northern Himachal Pradesh state. We went to Rohtang Pass. It was covered with snow. We enjoyed making snowballs while having snow fights.
Then all of a sudden, my mother slipped and rolled down a snow-covered cliff.
We all got so very scared as we didn’t know what to do.
Thankfully, a military personal came to her rescue.
He brought her back safely. On returning
back to the hotel, I played games with my

MY HOBBIES AND MY PASSION

I love art and craft. Painting on the canvas is something that I really enjoy. I think of new ideas for my crafts and drawings every day. I feel like singing all the time. It makes me happy. I love to learn new songs and draw pictures related to the lyrics. I am learning to play the guitar and also desire to learn many more instruments. I was very happy when I got selected in the Junior School Christmas choir. It was my first experience being a part of online singing auditions. The encouragement from my teachers made me very happy and confident. I wish to be a part of the School Choir and learn new songs.
HOW I TRAIN MYSELF!
Neriah Issac | V A
I train myself to be self-disciplined in a lot of ways. I set my study table and my room. I help my parents when they clean the house. I do the dusting. I help my mother in filling the water bottles. I also help with laying the table for lunch and dinner. When we finish eating, I take the dirty dishes to the kitchen. When my mother washes the utensils, I place the clean utensils in the racks.
I revise everything that the teachers teach in class daily. During my exams, I study well and also solve test papers on my own and do the corrections too. During online classes, I sit alone in a room with my camera on. I obey all the instructions given by my teachers, grandparents, parents and all my elders. Most importantly, I read the Bible daily and try to implement God’s teachings in my life.

LOST AND FOUND
Tanishq | V B
Children usually have many toys. But they love only one or two of them to such an extent that they dislike having to part with that special toy. I also have one such toy, which is the Ben 10 four-arm action figure. I always keep it with me while eating, reading, watching TV, and even while taking a bath. One night, I took this toy with me to bed. I slept while holding it near my chest. I also dreamed about this toy while sleeping. When I woke up in the morning, the toy was gone. It was lost. I became very sad. I searched for it in every nook and corner of the house. But I did not find my toy anywhere. I became so sad that I could not eat my breakfast properly. Watching my sad state, my mother came to my rescue. She started searching for the toy and, voila, she found it under the bed. It was lying there waiting to be searched and found. I became very happy and started dancing with my favourite toy in my hand. I hugged and thanked my mother for finding my toy for me.
BOOK THAT I LOVED READING
Mohini Arora | V A
A lot of books came across my route,
Some quite boring, but some interesting too.
Some were fascinating, but some did not suit,
But I kept on reading and reading.
And one fine day, I got a book,
Named, "THE MAGIC OF THE LOST TEMPLE".
The moment I started reading, as I looked,
Nooni’s character was bold and simple.
The way she unfolded the mystery behind the step-well,
The author portrays her as sporty and determined.
Deep down into the book, I felt the urge to yell,
When the story unfolded as I read.
How can one think out of the box?
Even in every day’s things and chores,
Absolutely heart-warming and brain-knocking,
Her life's adventures never bore her.
While reading the book, it made me fall in love.
Showing the free spirit of a child,
Rejuvenating me, the inner me,
An incessant urge to be curious and wild.
HOW I HELP AT HOME
Subho Jana | V C
Every child should do some work at home. We should help our parents and siblings. When my mother goes for work if there are plates and dishes to wash, I happily clean all the dishes. During this pandemic situation, I have also learnt how to make tea for my parents and sibling. I make an effort to do my best in the household chores to make everyone happy. I think every child should learn to help at home.
SIMPLE THINGS THAT BRING HAPPINESS
Ekam Singh | V D
In this time of Covid- 19, the toughest thing that everyone is experiencing is, LACK OF HAPPINESS. No outdoor activities, no social gatherings, no school, and no friends to run around and play with, all these are weird and sad.
We did find happiness in small things:
* Helping parents with household chores brought happiness.
* Playing with soap and becoming a snowman with its lather brought happiness.
* Video chat with friends brought happiness.
* Helping the needy brought happiness.
*Feeding birds and stray dogs brought happiness.
*Troubling mom in a positive way brought happiness.
* Painting the face of the younger sibling brought happiness.
* Listening to bedtime stories brought comfort and happiness.
Even though we have been at home for the past one and a half year, this tough time did also pass because nothing is permanent in this world, not even this Covid.

I see the flowers blooming brightly. The birds chirping melodiously. The beautiful green trees outside. I thank the Creator. Every day when I wake up, I look out of my window to see the bright sky and the beautiful green grass in the garden. The aeroplane going up into the deep blue sky where the clouds look like fluffy cotton balls, is a beautiful sight indeed. I love to admire nature created by God. The shimmery stars twinkling in the sky and the moon brightening up in the dark. The sun’s heat helps us dry our clothes and the plants to make their food. The colourful rainbow thrills me a lot too.
TRIP TO MUSSOORIE
Prisha Aggarwal | V-C
My trip to Mussoorie with my family is one of my favourite trips that I can’t forget. We saw clear sky and experienced fresh air. Mussoorie is a part of Uttarakhand. We reached Mussoorie in about five hours. During the day, we went to a famous restaurant and enjoyed delicious food. In the evening we went to Gun Hill and saw the entire hill station through a telescope. After dinner, we went for a walk to Mall Road and bought woolen clothes like sweaters, scarves, shrugs, and stoles. I liked this trip very much.
PUSH YOURSELF FORWARD
Prisha Aggarwal | V-C
Self-discipline is the ability to push oneself forward in a disciplined way. It is like a muscle. The more you work on developing it and using it, the stronger it will become. I motivate myself every day to do something better. I try my best to do everything on time. I do not give up on things that I have not been able to do and try my best to do that thing again. I keep full control of my conversation and do not misbehave with anyone. Like an ant that never does give up, I also never give up.
